It happens to all of us. Office job, tradesman, parent, partner, or professional athlete. No matter what your lot, there are days when nothing seems to be quite right and you just can’t seem to make it all work the way it’s supposed to. Those are the days when you need to just tough it out, get down and dig in deep. Life’s a battle sometimes. At times it’s shinny and glowing and other days it’s deep and black. Let’s keep things in perspective, I certainly wouldn’t say things are black right now at FFC. But they are heavily veiled in blue.
Tomorrow Fulham will be tested with a grind it out see what your made of type of contest. No one is expecting anything beautiful or poetic. Just a gutsy sort of contest were we MUST win. So in honor of the effort, soul and heart I hope our boys put into the contest tomorrow, I have a little of the late great Albert Collins singing “If Trouble Was Money”.
