These are the fellows who published The Fulham Review last year (you can still buy them!). Crockatt & Powell, best independent bookshop in the world. And now there will be another store in Fulham. Hurray! I’ll be spending more money on matchdays soon…

Volzy on this and that:

“In training we focus on what we want to do in terms of attacking and defending,” said Volz. “A lot of the work is movement patterns that enable us to get a better chance of passing the ball, creating chances and also keeping a good defensive shape.

Hurray!  I’m convinced that a big difference between good and bad teams is what happens off the ball.  That means exactly what Volzy’s talking about, and presumably is something we’ll continue to improve at.  Very encouraging.
