Likely to be a loan with view to a permanent. Charlton also asked about Cook again on loan and were told to bid or forget it as QPR are willing to pay 2 million. Charlton were however offered Bouazza on a seasons loan.
Steven Davis will only move to Rangers should they meet his 25k pw wage demands. Currently they’re only offering 15k and 2.5 mil. A more likely destination is Boro’ who will meet wage requirements and pay 3 million. Davis has held short talks with RH and has been informed he has no future at Fulham.
Additional bit of transfer news. Stockdale will return to Darlington on a seasons loan next term. Keller deciding if he wants to stick around as bench warmer, he may go back home or try for a last European club though. Niemi almost certain to go and with Warner gone Batista could easily be our no.2 to Shwarzer next term.
Antti’s agent denies Hull link. Maybe so. Boaz Myhill looks quite handy. Niemi would want first team football. So maybe somewhere else.
