Comes across well. Heavily edited for tv, but this is the full discussion. Very good watch.

Fulham v Blackburn: Game off
This is all well and good for people with full and interesting lives, but for those of us struggling to make sense of it all (especially at this time of year) football is a vital distraction. It’s hard to put this disappointment into words.
Toby and I were on the 270 bus to Putney when we heard there would be an inspection. This surprised me: I had thought that in this day and age the club would come up with some way to make the game happen. But no, another text arrived and we learned that the game was not happening.
Greene King IPA was 99p a pint in The Railway, an astonishingly good deal, but this didn’t cover the divot in my brain, the disappointment at not watching the game. Some cheesy chips, a long, traffic burdened bus journey, and into the bath to thaw out. Bugger.
Some pictures of the pitch.
Gutted. But at least I didn’t travel half the length of the country. Blackburn fans must be furious about this.
