What a strange day. First The Telegraph said that Bullard had been told he would get a new contract. Then The Sun said that Arsenal are in for Bullard and Hangeland. Then Sky Sports got very excited and reported that we are in talks with Bolton Wanderers over a proposed £5 million move. At once it feels very strange but very real.
Bullard, we are told, does not want to leave Fulham, but does want more money and a longer contract. Fulham have supposedly offered him nothing. If Bolton offer three years and big money then Bullard will have quite a decision to make.
Meanwhile, Seol Ki-Hyeon is off to Saudi Arabia. Oh well. He got stupid and unfair abuse from a section of the crowd; hopefully his new fans will appreciate him. Good luck, Seol.
